Each day that I spent abroad, I was always amazed of the beauty of Japan. Cities nestled between lush mountains and surrounded by cerulean blue waters is always pleasing to the eyes. Though the winter was not my favorite (I prefer cold autumns over winters), the springtime transition and summertime transition allowed me to explore more of the outdoors.
The combination of flowers, shrines, and castles made for nice photos and breathtaking views. On a day-trip to Himeji Castle, we also stopped by Engyoji Temple, which was a film location in The Last Samurai.
Fushimi Inari in Kyoto (one of my favorite places)
I also took a view of Tokyo from the tower. Such an extremely large city.
