The second week was packed full of outdoor activities and learning. We spent a lot time at the beach learning to surf and visiting local towns. Similar to the first week we saw the process of making chocolate and the importance of shopping local. Shopping local can keep the money in the community to better the town’s economy. This trip has been a wonderful experience I will remember forever. I’m beyond thankful of what I have learned and how I have grown as a person.
