It happens, if you wish hard enough miracles to come true. Yes my friends, it rained in Madrid! It has rained a total of three times in two months here but this one lasted a whole 20 minutes! Suffice to say it was appreciated fully to cool down the 100 degree nights in Madrid.
Also, this is unfortunately my final week in Madrid. I can’t beleieve I am saying that but I am also somewhat excited to go back home. Not excited enough to not go to Italy for a little bit though. We are increasingly getting into more difficult spanish concepts which is tough for me to pick up on. It will definelty help to have some study time at Maryville to look back over everything I have learned. My roomate went out of town this weekend and his fan became my best friend. My class is tarting now so I gotta wrap it up but ¡Viva la Madrid!
